Development of the preliminary design for a comprehensive residential renovation, following a Modern Farmhouse concept. The proposal balances traditional material warmth with contemporary architectural lines and open-concept spaces. Every detail was planned to maximize functionality and natural light, ensuring the client’s vision results in a structurally sound and aesthetically flawless project.
